Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager, located in West Covina, CA. The General Manager will oversee all aspects of dealership operations, including sales, service, finance, and customer experience. Responsibilities include managing teams, driving revenue growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining compliance with company policies and industry standards. The role will focus on achieving business objectives, cultivating a positive work culture, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing diverse departments
  • Experience in sales strategy, financial performance analysis, and revenue generation
  • Operational expertise, including process optimization and compliance with industry standards
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry, including dealership operations and customer expectations
  • Ability to drive results-oriented strategies and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in a General Manager or senior leadership role within the automotive industry is highly desirable
