We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to support our select-service hotels in the San Antonio Airport area. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of general maintenance experience and is ready to contribute to a clean, safe, and well-maintained hotel environment.

This role focuses primarily on preventative maintenance and routine property upkeep—not room-by-room work orders.

What You'll Do

  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks across the property (HVAC filter changes, equipment checks, minor repairs, safety inspections, etc.)
  • Assist with building and grounds upkeep, including lighting, painting, minor plumbing, and general repairs
  • Support the Engineering/Operations team to ensure all hotel systems operate efficiently
  • Maintain documentation of completed PM tasks and report issues that require escalation
  • Respond to occasional maintenance requests to support smooth daily operations

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of general maintenance experience (hotel experience preferred but not required)
  • Basic skills in plumbing, electrical, painting, and general equipment repair
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and follow a preventative maintenance schedule
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to support multiple tasks as needed
  • Must be able to work weekends or evenings occasionally based on hotel needs
