THE POSITION

The Program Manager will lead the strategic development and execution of member programming initiatives that enhance the Atlanta Tech Village community experience. This role will oversee the complete member program lifecycle, from concept and strategy through execution and measurement, while collaborating closely with the Events Manager and Community Managers to deliver high-impact programming that drives member engagement, retention and success.

This role reports directly to the President and will be split between ATV Buckhead and ATV Sylvan locations.

Job Description:

A successful candidate will be strategic, highly organized, and passionate about creating meaningful experiences for the startup community. This person will excel at both big-picture program strategy and hands-on execution, with strong relationship-building skills and a natural talent for bringing people together. Program management experience and a passion for the entrepreneurial ecosystem required.

Program Strategy & Leadership:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive member programming strategy aligned with ATV's mission and member needs
  • Lead the full program lifecycle from ideation through execution and impact measurement
  • Identify programming opportunities based on member feedback, industry trends, and community gaps
  • Build and maintain relationships with external facilitators, speakers, mentors, and program partners
  • Oversee program budget and resource allocation
  • Drive innovation in programming to keep ATV's offerings competitive and relevant

Program Development & Execution:

  • Design and manage signature programs including workshops, networking events, educational series and mentorship initiatives
  • Collaborate with Events Manager on program calendar, logistics and resource needs
  • Coordinate with Community Managers to ensure programming connects effectively with members across all locations
  • Oversee program registration, communications and attendance tracking

Member Experience & Community Building:

  • Create programming that supports member success, connection and retention
  • Gather and analyze member feedback to continuously optimize program effectiveness
  • Build strategic partnerships within the Atlanta startup ecosystem
  • Support Community Managers with programming that enhances community engagement goals
  • Ensure consistent program quality and member experience across all ATV locations

Measurement & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze program attendance, engagement metrics and member satisfaction
  • Create program impact reports and present findings to leadership
  • Use data insights to inform future programming decisions
  • Monitor program ROI and effectiveness in driving member retention and engagement

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3-5 years of program management or related experience
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful programs
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities
  • Excellence in relationship building and stakeholder management
  • Experience in startup ecosystem, coworking, accelerator, or similar community environment preferred
  • Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with program management tools and member management platforms
  • Passion for entrepreneurship and community building
