Nick Mayer Ford/ Lincoln of Mayfield is actively looking for Professional Sales People to join our team Prior Experience is helpful but not necessary. If you're willing – we're able. If you have answered yes, read on. Our Consultants general responsibilities include:

  • Present the entire lineup of Ford or Lincoln vehicles, model options, features, purchase and finance options, as well as Nick Mayer Ford Lincoln's amenities to our guests.
  • Deliver memorable test drives.
  • Ensure timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective clients.
  • Track clients and manage follow up on a state of the art CRM system.
  • Be aware of the latest Ford and Lincoln products, features and accessories.
  • Attend product and training courses.
  • Maintain appearance and cleanliness of store showroom and vehicle lot.
  • Ensure client's understand the vehicle's main features and warranty
  • Mastering all vehicle product knowledge prior to delivery for the client.
  • Personalizing the vehicle delivery to the client's needs.
  • Delivering an exceptional Ford or Lincoln experience.
  • Overseeing the client's first real interaction with their new Ford or Lincoln.
  • Utilizing all resources and applications to assist in product information support.
  • Providing smooth transition to the Lincoln Technology Specialist for future needed information or to resolve concerns.
  • Maintaining a collection of product information and resources to assist in explanations.
  • Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction with delivery and to build a long-term relationship.

  • Previous professional sales experience
  • Proven ability to provide an exceptional client experience
  • Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
  • Experience and desire to work with technology
  • Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a "people person")
  • Excellent appearance, verbal/written communication, strong presentation skills
  • Master of technology, especially automotive and personal electronics
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organization and follow-up skills

Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check, BMV screen and drug screen. Must have a valid driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record.
