Investment Banking Analyst

We are seeking undergraduate students to join our
Investment Banking Analyst Program
. This role provides hands‑on exposure to mergers & acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, and strategic advisory services.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct industry and company research to support client presentations and transaction pipeline development
- Assist in building and maintaining financial models, valuations, and scenario analyses
- Participate in due diligence efforts by reviewing financial statements, operational data, and market trends
- Help prepare pitch books, transaction memos, and presentation materials for client meetings
Qualifications:
- Current undergraduate student pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field
- Strong academic performance; prior internship or coursework in finance/consulting preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Capital IQ, Bloomberg, or PitchBook a plus
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
