We are seeking a motivated Client Service Associate to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring seamless coordination between departments. This role is essential in maintaining client satisfaction and strengthening ongoing business partnerships.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams.
Manage inquiries, requests, and communications in a professional and timely manner.
Support daily operations to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
Prepare reports, documentation, and updates for client accounts.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and client experience.
Uphold the company's standards of professionalism and service excellence
