We are seeking a reliable and professional Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will help maintain a safe and welcoming environment for patrons and staff. You will be responsible for monitoring the premises, controlling access, handling disturbances, and ensuring compliance with nightclub policies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

• Monitor entry and exit points to ensure only authorized guests enter the venue.

• Verify IDs and enforce age restrictions for alcohol consumption.

• Maintain a visible and active presence throughout the nightclub to deter inappropriate behavior and prevent incidents.

• Handle situations involving unruly or intoxicated patrons in a calm and professional manner.

• Escort disruptive guests off the premises when necessary.

• Conduct routine inspections of the nightclub's interior and exterior, ensuring safety and security protocols are followed.

• Collaborate with other staff members to manage crowd control during peak hours and special events.

• Respond promptly to emergencies or security-related incidents and escalate issues to law enforcement when required.

• Enforce nightclub policies related to dress code, prohibited items, and guest behavior.

• Maintain detailed incident reports when necessary.

• Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and health regulations.

**Requirements**:

• Must possess a valid California Guard Card to apply.

• Must be available to work weekends (Friday and Saturday nights).

• Previous security experience, particularly in a nightclub or event setting, is preferred.

• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.

• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Professional demeanor with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

• Must be 21 years or older.
