Job Overview

We are looking for an energetic and strategic Regional B2B Sales and Business Development Director to lead our business development efforts across multiple regions. In this role, you'll drive growth by building strong relationships with corporate clients. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, management, and technology-driven solutions, with a knack for negotiation and customer service.

Duties

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to expand our B2B client base and increase revenue.
  • Cultivate relationships with key corporate accounts through outside sales efforts and personalized engagement.
  • Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to track sales activities, analyze data, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand and promote technology solutions that enhance customer experience.

Experience

  • 7–15 years B2B sales
  • Existing local relationships
  • Corporate travel Experience
  • Event logistics Experience
  • Understanding Hospitality / TMC
  • Ability to sign University or sports contracts
  • B2B corporate sales background
  • Ground transportation or travel - preferred
  • Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or account management within the transportation, technology, or related sectors.
  • Strong management skills with prior leadership experience in a regional or national role.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B sales environments with a focus on corporate clients.
  • Familiarity with marketing strategies and tools used in driving brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for sales analysis and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer service-oriented approach.
  • Analytical mindset capable of assessing market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance to inform strategic decisions.

Compensation:

  • Base + commission + contract residuals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58, $140,000.00 per year
