We are currently seeking a Project Manager, who has the same desire to prove that

  • Coordinate project assignments based on priorities, expertise, and workload.
  • Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget through regular communication and meetings.
  • Enforce compliance with company policies, directives, and procedures.
  • Motivate and support project teams to meet deliverables and goals.
  • Prioritize and balance multiple concurrent projects.
  • Lead project status meetings and provide updates to the VP of Operations, escalating critical issues as needed.
  • Analyze project performance metrics and prepare reports.
  • Identify and remove obstacles that hinder project progress.
  • Oversee assessment and recovery of at-risk or delayed projects.
  • Implement and monitor new and existing project management processes.
  • Support the development and execution of internal strategic initiatives.
  • Conduct regular meetings with project teams to review financial status.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Accounting to ensure accurate monthly project reporting.
  • Support the project team in coordinating technical decisions with Engineering and Automation departments.
  • Review and validate project schedules for feasibility and compliance.
  • Monitor progress, anticipate potential delays, and coordinate corrective actions when required.
  • Oversee purchasing activities to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
  • Review and approve purchase requisitions in line with company policies.
  • Prepare RFQ documentation for manufacturing and significant commercial purchases.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing with key suppliers and vendors for high-value or critical contracts

At Fives BRONX and under the direction of the Director of Operations, you will join the project managerment team.

We are seeking someone who has a Bachelor's degree in engineering, with 5+ years of project management experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • 5+ years of combined project management and/or comparable management experience with measurable results.
  • 3+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong technical background with knowledge of industrial capital equipment, components, and cross-functional processes.
  • Experience managing international projects involving complex banking instruments and Incoterms.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and mentor project managers.
