Cleveland, Ohio, United States Hudec Dental Full time

Be part of a legacy of care.

At Hudec Dental, dentistry is more than clinical work — it's about creating genuine connections and delivering care that makes patients feel like family. Since 1977, we've been 100% family owned and 100% family operated. For more than 40 years, Hudec Dental has remained a family practice in every sense — family-owned, family-driven, and focused on treating patients like our own family.

Founded by Dr. John Hudec, who once did it all — from patient coordinator to dental assistant to doctor — our practice was built on humility, hard work, and an unwavering commitment to people. That legacy lives on today in every smile we help create.

We're looking for a Patient Coordinator who shares those same values — someone personable, organized, and compassionate, who will be the first smile our patients see and help guide them through their care experience with warmth and professionalism.

What You'll Do

  • Greet and assist patients, creating a welcoming and positive first impression
  • Manage scheduling, verify insurance, and coordinate patient flow to ensure smooth operations
  • Answer inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, providing information and support
  • Collect copays, manage patient accounts, and assist clinical staff as needed
  • Partner with the Office Manager to maintain efficient office operations and a positive patient experience
  • Contribute to a culture of teamwork, respect, and patient-first care

What We Offer

  • Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience
  • Flexibility: Monday–Friday schedules, no evenings or weekends
  • Growth: Career development opportunities and mentorship within our growing organization
  • Support: Backed by expert leadership and departments including Billing, Marketing, IT, HR, and more
  • Balance: A family-focused culture that values both professional growth and personal well-being

Your Qualifications

  • Customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Administrative experience and strong organizational skills
  • Personable, positive, and professional demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent patient care

Comprehensive Benefits

  • Medical and vision coverage
  • Internal dental allowance for employees and immediate family
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Paid time off (PTO) and paid holidays
  • Career advancement opportunities
  • Referral program
  • Supportive, family-focused culture

Why Hudec Dental?

When you join us, you're not just joining a dental practice — you're becoming part of a 40+ year family legacy built on care, compassion, and community. We empower our patient coordinators to grow their careers while providing the tools, training, and support they need to thrive.

If you're ready to make a difference in a place where patients always come first — and where you'll always feel like family — Hudec Dental is the home for you.
