Position Overview:

We are seeking a personable and detail-oriented Automotive Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our customers and our service technicians, ensuring clear communication, exceptional customer service, and efficient workflow. You will play a critical role in building trust and long-term relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive first impression.

  • Listen to customer concerns and document vehicle symptoms accurately for the service team.

  • Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and repairs, including costs and timelines.

  • Maintain open communication with customers throughout the repair process, providing updates as needed.

  • Prepare accurate work orders, estimates, and invoices.

  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work.

  • Schedule appointments and manage the service department's workflow.

  • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Stay updated on product knowledge and automotive repair trends.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role within the automotive industry is preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient with computer systems and service management software.

  • Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs (preferred but not required).

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

  • A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
