What You'll Do

As a Canvasser, you'll be the critical first step in our sales process, generating high-quality leads for our sales team:

• Knock doors in assigned neighborhoods
• Set roof inspection appointments with homeowners
• Master and deliver our proven pitch to homeowners
• Maintain accurate notes and records in our CRM system
• Ensure quality leads that convert to actual opportunities

Compensation & Advancement Base Compensation Structure

Performance-Based Pay:

• 1-10 appointments
• 11-14 appointments
• 15+ appointments

Annual Earnings Potential: $40,000 - $75,000+

Canvasser I (Entry Level)

Canvasser II (Intermediate)

Canvasser III (Advanced)

Beyond Canvasser: Clear promotion path to Sales Specialist/Closer roles (6-18 months) and Sales Supervisor positions earning $100K-$180K+

Your First Week - New Hire Training

We set you up for success from day one:

• Memorize our proven pitch (the "script" that works)
• Attend all mandatory training sessions at HQ
• Roleplay and practice sessions
• Online training and educational content
• Learn basic roofing and storm damage knowledge
• Set up all necessary software and tools
• Shadow experienced canvassers

Expectation: By day 5-7, demonstrate pitch mastery and authentic delivery

Preferred Experience

• Previous door-to-door sales or canvassing experience (not required)

• Ability to walk extensively throughout neighborhoods in various weather conditions
• Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
