Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow established channel partner accounts through upselling/ cross-selling
  • Recruit new channel partners within assigned territory- acquiring new revenue
  • Develop expert knowledge on company products and services
  • Develop and maintain established channel partners
  • Communicate with customers on orders, prices, products and handle complaints
  • Track progress
  • Plan business strategies with channel partners and help them reach targets
  • Act as a liaison for customers with all company departments
  • Support operations execution

Requirements:

  • Extensive Agricultural and Agronomy related sales experience
  • Minimum 5 years of Agricultural sales experience
  • Strong relationship and inter-personal skills
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to deliver training sessions
  • Area specific agricultural knowledge and connections
  • In depth Agronomy knowledge; Regenerative ag, Soil Health & Crop Protection
  • Plug in & Play ability
  • Can do & willing to learn attitude
  • Experience with CRM systems
