Key Responsibilities:
- Grow established channel partner accounts through upselling/ cross-selling
- Recruit new channel partners within assigned territory- acquiring new revenue
- Develop expert knowledge on company products and services
- Develop and maintain established channel partners
- Communicate with customers on orders, prices, products and handle complaints
- Track progress
- Plan business strategies with channel partners and help them reach targets
- Act as a liaison for customers with all company departments
- Support operations execution
Requirements:
- Extensive Agricultural and Agronomy related sales experience
- Minimum 5 years of Agricultural sales experience
- Strong relationship and inter-personal skills
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Ability to deliver training sessions
- Area specific agricultural knowledge and connections
- In depth Agronomy knowledge; Regenerative ag, Soil Health & Crop Protection
- Plug in & Play ability
- Can do & willing to learn attitude
- Experience with CRM systems
