Seeking caring and compassionate caregivers to work in a home-like environment providing companionship and care for seniors. Our community focuses on quality of life and we encourage our caregivers to not only provide the necessary care, but to also spend time with our residents. We are a smaller community with approximately 30 residents. Flexible schedules available and on-the-job training provided.

Experience: Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)

**Multiple Shifts Available**

7am - 3pm

3pm - 11pm

11pm - 7am

Job Description: Responsible for the comfort and well-being of residents, meeting residents' needs and respecting Resident Rights. Must remain friendly, cooperative, courteous, and concerned about residents' physical and mental condition and constantly alert for their safety. Must be able to act responsibly and to make quick, sound decisions in emergency situations.

Physical Demands: Good physical and mental health. Constant standing and walking through facility during tour of duty. Turning, stooping, bending, lifting to assist residents, moving equipment, and performing other related tasks.

Education: Ability to read, write, speak clearly, and follow written and oral instructions. Able to complete all required training as scheduled. Current CPR and first aid certification required.

Job Type: Full-time
