Clean Scapes, the largest commercial landscaping company in Texas, is hiring for a Landscape Construction Crew Member to join our growing team. Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:- A "can do," no excuses attitude
- Ability to work well with others, respecting all backgrounds and experiences
- Strong knowledge and interest in landscape construction techniques
- Dependable, punctual, and a person of your word
- Proactive, reliable, and clear communicator
- High integrity and honest work ethic
- Service-oriented, with a focus on quality
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred, but not required
Qualifications
Role + Responsibilities:
- Execute landscape construction projects under the direction of Foremen and Project Managers
- Use a variety of hand tools and power tools efficiently and safely
- Assist with tasks such as planting, hardscaping, irrigation, grading, and installation of other landscape features
- Work collaboratively with a diverse team, maintaining clear communication to ensure projects stay on track
- Maintain equipment, materials, and uniforms with care and responsibility
- Attend training sessions and obtain certifications as needed or as directed by supervisors
- Follow Clean Scapes' safety protocols and best practices at all times
- Other tasks as needed to support project completion
- This role requires heavy lifting, manual dexterity, and performing various physical tasks in varying weather conditions
- Strong focus on safety and awareness when handling equipment and machinery
- Ability to handle the physical demands of the work environment
