Atlas Nextwave are looking for a passionate and skilled Recruitment Team Leader to join our friendly Houston team. The Team Leader role is perfect for an individual who is an excellent communicator, a team player, who is looking to manage others and is highly driven to provide excellent service and promote the Atlas brand to our clients.
Job Description
The team leader optimises the services provided to the client and professionals by continuously improving team performance and managing the workflow. The Team Leader ensures staff are suitably trained and motivated to deliver the services required and maximise response time and fill in ratio. This role works in conjunction with the Recruitment Consultant position, and incorporates the responsibilities of the Recruitment Consultant profile.
This role reports into the Business Manager. The Business Manager and Tead Leader will work together to maximise the commercial success of the assigned team.
Essential Responsibilities and Tasks
:
Budget:
• The OPEX, together with the BM.
Organisation:
• Ensuring Availability (quality and quantity) of staff, together with the BM.
• Ensuring Compliance with the standard work processes.
• Adherence to the Atlas Nextwave Integrated Management System.
• Ensuring proper use of cost price models in line with Atlas Finance, Tax and Legal standards.
• Maintaining Integrity of information.
• Managing, training, development and performance of staff.
Commercial & Clients:
• Managing Gross Margin targets as defined by the Business Manager's.
• Overseeing Atlas KPI's
• Providing evaluation and advice to the Business Manager's regarding observations, updates, correspondence, and
deviations with client relations.
• Supporting Business Manager with establishing frame agreements and renewals, clients KPI's.
• Evaluating services provided.
Professionals:
• overseeing KPI's relating to the professionals.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for individuals with proven Business Development experience, commerical wit and a hunger to achieve. As our Team Leader are expected to develop their careers in more senior management roles withtin the business, we are looking for individuals with the desire to lead and strong leadsership potential. If you have relevant industry experience (from marine, energy, renewables) then great, but we will also consider someon ewith recruitment experience from another indsutry with a focus on direct hire.
Education & Training
• Bachelors / Master degree, or the ability to perform at this level by industry experience.
Knowledge & Experience
• Understanding of client and function requirements related to the business lines serviced.
• Deep understanding of Client servicing and the Professionals management processes.
• People Management of teams, HR, recruitment and similar services.
• Ability to read and understand operational documents and contracts related to the business services.
• Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
