Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Carpenter, located in Midland, MI. The Carpenter will be responsible for performing various carpentry tasks, including framing, finish carpentry, and using both hand and power tools. The role requires a strong focus on quality, precision, and safety in every project. Day-to-day tasks involve measuring, cutting, and assembling materials to create structures and fixtures, as well as reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Carpentry and Finish Carpentry
  • Proficiency in using Power Tools and Hand Tools
  • Skills in Framing
  • Attention to detail and precision in workmanship
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certifications in carpentry are a plus
