We are currently hiring a Service Technician to work out of our Ogden office for maintenance, repair and installation. This position offers a company vehicle, works from home and goes to the Ogden office as needed.. This is a Tuesday - Saturday 10:30am -7:00pm schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Test, troubleshoot, and repair broadband, television, and telephone service equipment located outside the customer premise
  • Install temporary and permanent residential and business drops
  • Troubleshoot and repair copper and fiber mainline and drops
  • Restore services due to unpredictable events
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Locate underground facilities
  • Provide backup to install new services purchased by customer and ensure they are fully functioning

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Two-three years telecommunications/electronics/RF coaxial systems experience, preferred
  • Associate degree in electronics or network management, preferred
  • Previous experience troubleshooting
  • Valid driver's license and a good driving record

THIS IS A TUESDAY - FRIDAY 10:30AM -7:00PM & SATURDAY 8:00 AM TO 4:30PM SHIFT.
