Job Summary

DreamFit is a modern wellness studio offering advanced services such as Infrared Therapy, Cryotherapy, EMS Body Sculpting, and more. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Studio Assistant to support daily operations and provide an exceptional client experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while assisting clients with innovative wellness treatments.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly, answer questions, and guide them through their sessions.
  • Assist clients with setting up devices (light physical contact required for straps, pads, or applicators).
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming studio environment, including sanitizing rooms and equipment.
  • Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions, scheduling, and client check-ins.
  • Educate clients on services and membership options, promoting upsell opportunities.
  • Keep accurate records of appointments, sessions, and inventory levels.
  • Support overall studio operations and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements

  • Friendly, patient, and sensitive to client needs.
  • Comfortable with light physical contact when positioning equipment.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written); bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
  • Previous experience in wellness, spa, retail, or customer service preferred (training provided).
  • Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for transactions.
  • Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and helping others.
