What We Are Seeking: Full-Time BHTs to support the clients at our boutique Mental Health program in Woodland Hills, CA

Who We Are:

Villa Behavioral Health operates with entities in California and New Jersey, offering personalized recovery programs designed to support individuals overcoming mental health concerns and drug and alcohol addiction. We provide evidence-based care options that vary by location, including Detox, Residential, Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and Outpatient Programs (OP). Our compassionate staff is dedicated to delivering top-notch mental health and drug and alcohol treatment, focusing on healing the mind, body, and spirit. With a range of treatment options, we ensure that each client receives the individualized care they need to achieve lasting recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

· Client engagement and monitoring

· Medication distribution

· Environment of care - monitor temperature logs

· Provide client escort

· Room setup following discharge

· Case documentation

Required Qualifications:

· Valid Driver's License

· High School Diploma or GED

· Experience in behavioral health

· Familiarity with recovery principles

Physical Demands:

· Ability to stand for a reasonable period of time

· Ability to lift light weight periodically
