Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Dishwasher to join our culinary team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware are sanitized and ready for use. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and food service, with a focus on cleanliness and efficiency. Previous experience in restaurant, hotel, or catering settings is preferred but not required. Duties

  • Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans efficiently
  • Assist with bussing tables and clearing dining areas as needed
  • Support food preparation tasks such as basic ingredient handling and setup
  • Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dishwashing stations in accordance with health standards
  • Help with light food preparation or catering setup when required
  • Ensure proper handling and storage of clean items to prevent cross-contamination
  • Follow safety protocols related to food handling, cleaning chemicals, and equipment operation

Experience

  • Previous experience in food service, restaurant, hotel, or catering environments is advantageous
  • Familiarity with kitchen cleaning procedures and sanitation standards
  • Experience with food handling or basic food preparation is a plus
  • Knowledge of banquet or large-scale catering operations is beneficial
  • No prior experience is necessary; training will be provided for the right candidate
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
