Job Description:
- Designs and develops test automation solutions and frameworks to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Builds and maintains test automation solutions and frameworks across multiple layers of the
application architecture
(UI, API, Services, Data).
Automates testing
across various technologies (Mobile, Devices, Browsers, Client-server, Micro-Services, Containers, etc.). - Designs and develops automation solutions and frameworks that can be used by
functional testers to perform testing in an automated way. - Understands functional requirements and designs optimized test scenarios, identifies test cases, and codes them to be integrated with application code and
DevOps pipeline
for automated execution and reporting. - Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure automation solutions meet business needs and are aligned with industry standards. Troubleshoots and debugs automation issues, and optimizes automation solutions for performance and scalability.
- Develops and maintains test data and test environments to support automated testing.
- Analyzes test results and provides insights to stakeholders to improve software quality and reduce defects.
