What You'll Handle

  • Manage commercial construction projects from kickoff through closeout.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and milestone maps.
  • Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, clients, and design partners to keep projects aligned and moving.
  • Lead progress meetings and maintain clear, consistent project communication.
  • Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and documentation with accuracy and urgency.
  • Identify risks early and resolve issues before they hit the field.
  • Safeguard quality, safety, budget, and timeline every day, every phase.
  • Build trust with partners and clients through clarity, follow-through, and problem-solving.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years' experience in construction project management or commercial construction.
  • Proven ability to run multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining pace and quality.
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, coordination, subcontractor scopes, and project delivery.
  • Solid communication skills in written, verbal, and in-person.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, specs, schedules, and contracts.
  • Tech-forward mindset: Proficiency with project management tools and construction software.
