Position Overview

This is a hands-on production role in our wrap + print shop. You'll be processing vinyl for signs and vehicle graphics, assisting with apparel printing and laser engraving, organizing materials, and helping keep projects moving smoothly. You'll also support basic walk-in customer intake and shop upkeep.

We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a sign shop, vinyl shop, wrap shop, or similar production environment.

There is opportunity to grow into a full-time vehicle wrap installer for the right person.

Work Environment

Hands-on, fast-moving production space with printers, heat presses, engravers, etc.

Headphones allowed when job duties permit

Breaks & lunch are flexible we allow employees to adjust them as needed

Key Responsibilities

Process and prep vinyl graphics for wraps, signage, decals

Assist with apparel printing (DTF, screen print, heat press, etc.)

Help with laser engraving projects and related workflow

Maintain and organize vinyl rolls, raw materials, and stock

Assist with final quality control before products leave the shop

Occasionally greet walk-in customers and gather their project details when needed

Assist with general shop cleanup, tool organization, and maintenance

Support production manager with daily schedule + workflow tasks

Requirements

1+ year experience in a sign shop, vinyl production shop, or wrap environment

Ability to work efficiently with hands, tools, and production equipment

Basic computer familiarity (Job Board program, google sheets, RIP software, Illustrator, or similar = bonus)

Able to lift 40lbs, stand for extended periods, and move media/materials

Good communication, attention to detail, reliable work ethic

Willing to learn and adapt to new processes, equipment, and workflows

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

Experience with Roland/Mimaki printers or VersaWorks

Vehicle wrap or decal installation experience

Apparel printing background

Laser engraving knowledge

Adobe Illustrator or design file familiarity

Compensation & Growth

  • Starting Pay: $18–$25/hr DOE
  • Raises based on skill development + production performance
  • Pathway to full-time vehicle wrap installer role (higher pay tier)

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour
