Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Painter Supervisor to lead and oversee painting projects on construction sites. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, extensive construction experience, and a solid understanding of project scheduling, quality control, and safety protocols. As a Painter Supervisor, you will coordinate teams, ensure project timelines are met, and uphold the highest standards of workmanship. Proficiency in construction management software and industry-specific tools is essential to successfully manage multiple projects from inception to completion.
Duties
- Lead and supervise painting crews on various construction sites, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth workflow and communication.
- Oversee quality control measures, inspecting work for compliance with specifications and safety regulations such as OSHA standards.
- Monitor material inventories effectively.
- Supervise the application of paint, coatings, and finishes with precision while maintaining a safe work environment.
- Train and mentor team members in proper techniques, safety procedures, and industry best practices.
Experience
- Proven management experience in construction or painting projects with supervisory responsibilities.
- Extensive hands-on experience in construction site operations.
- Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety protocols on construction sites.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $ $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
