We are looking for motivated and engaging individuals who would like to work with students throughout the Brooklyn area on College, Academic, Enrichment and Skill Building topic areas.

We are a dynamic education & training staffing company focused on delivering the best quality instruction in a variety of areas. The programs in the Brooklyn area requires individuals who:

  • Must be Chinese Speaking (Mandarin or Cantonese)
  • Feel comfortable with providing general College and skill building guidance to students.
  • Are familiar with College application formats (CUNY, Common App, SUNY App).
  • Feel comfortable with providing academic assistance and tutoring (especially in basic high school level math, English and science).
  • Are able to motivate high school level students.
  • Have open and flexible availability.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Manage classroom dynamics to foster a positive learning environment.
  • Provide mentorship and academic support to students, enhancing their educational experience.
  • Communicate effectively with students regarding academic progress and challenges.
  • Utilize technology and innovative teaching methods to facilitate learning.
  • Assess student performance and adapt instructional strategies as needed.

Hourly pay is based upon relevant experience. We are providing a range as guidance.
