Join Boulder Implants & Periodontics as a Patient Care Coordinator.
While this role requires the least prior experience in many practices, in our practice it is currently occupied by a former office manager, and all admins are former office managers.
It's a very important role: you will communicate with patients and referral offices, coordinate the hygiene schedule, and collaborate with a team that helps one another to make the practice perform at its best. There is no practice manager today; top performers can grow toward future Practice Manager.
What You'll do: scheduling, patient & referral communication, clear next‑step instructions, accurate notes, coordination with insurance/A‑R and treatment presenters, hygiene schedule coordination.
What You bring: friendly, professional communication; follow‑through; comfort discussing logistics and timelines; integrity with financial discussions (training provided).
