About the Role

As a Crew Member at Gong Cha, you will be the face of the brand—serving customers, preparing drinks, and helping maintain a clean and welcoming store environment. You will work closely with your team to deliver efficient service and high-quality beverages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Open and close the store as scheduled.
  • Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
  • Handle cash and operate the POS system.
  • Prepare and serve bubble tea and other beverages following standard recipes.
  • Ensure drink quality, consistency, and proper presentation.
  • Restock ingredients and supplies, including retrieving items from the storage room.
  • Maintain cleanliness of all areas, including the bar, counters, equipment, and dining area.
  • Assist with basic inventory tasks as needed.
  • Demonstrate strong customer service and sales skills.
  • Collaborate with team members during busy periods to maintain smooth operations.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in food & beverage is helpful but not required.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.
