Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and professional Leasing Professional to join our property management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing leasing activities, fostering positive relationships with prospective and current residents, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of property leasing processes, excellent customer service skills, and familiarity with relevant legal and administrative procedures. The Leasing Professional plays a vital role in maintaining high occupancy rates and promoting a positive community environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct apartment tours and effectively market available units to prospective residents.
  • Process lease applications, renewals, and related paperwork in full compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing resident inquiries, service requests, and concerns.
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including outreach activities, market surveys, and maintaining accurate property and resident records.
  • Support rent collection and insurance compliance efforts as needed.
  • Ensure the property maintains excellent curb appeal and the office presents a welcoming, professional atmosphere each day.
  • Participate in occasional after-hours marketing events.
  • Collaborate with property management and team members, with occasional travel to nearby company properties in Wesley Chapel, FL.
  • Provide administrative support to the Residential, Assistant Property, and Portfolio Managers.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-conscious work environment.
  • Work every Saturday as part of the regular schedule.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of leasing experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
  • Valid driver's license required.
