Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Foreman or similar role.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to perform manual labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Experience with pond maintenance or eco-friendly landscaping (preferred).
  • Ability to manage tools, materials, and team resources efficiently.

Foreman in Training Program:

  • Initial 6-month training with our Build Manager to enhance your leadership and technical skills.
  • Performance review after 6 months with potential advancement and pay increase.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily crew operations, ensuring projects stay on schedule and budget.
  • Provide clear guidance and resources for your team.
  • Manage project logistics and maintain communication with the Build Manager and Sales Team.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain clean job sites.
  • Optimize the use of tools, materials, and team resources.
  • Deliver high-quality results and build strong client relationships.

Training & Development Opportunities:

  • Aquascape Academy training (Basic & Intermediate).
  • Participation in Pondemonium industry event in Chicago.
  • First Aid and ongoing skills training.
