We are seeking a Quality Assistant to join our team As a Quality Assistant you will be responsible for conducting tests, identifying product defects, maintaining proper documentation, and implementing quality control strategies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operates GoPro cameras to capture high-quality photos and videos for project documentation and promotional purposes.
  • Import and manage media from multiple GoPro cameras, ensuring proper file naming and storage.
  • Collect all required paperwork upon job completion, including job completion forms (JCs), information on upstream accessories, and related promotional items.
  • Organize paperwork in numerical order for easy retrieval and reference.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for all documents.
  • Reorganize physical items and materials according to specific instructions.
  • Operate standard office equipment, including copiers/scanners, to create and manage documents.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) for basic data entry and document creation.
  • Assist the Quality Control team in gathering and organizing documentation for quality audits and inspections.
  • Use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and protractors accurately.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Follow instructions carefully and accurately.

Qualifications and Requirements:
