Pella Christian is rooted in the Reformed faith and firmly believe that God is sovereign over all areas of life and learning, including our curricular and co-curricular activities. Recent Professional Development for teachers has focused on Teaching for Transformation, Deeper Learning, Student Support Services, and peer collaboration.

We are seeking highly qualified individuals who are in full agreement with Pella Christian's Statement of Faith. Pella Christian Grade School and Pella Christian High School are accredited by Christian Schools International (CSI). Applicants must possess or be able to obtain proper licensure/endorsements as described in the job description.

Teacher candidates may be invited to visit campus for an interview and to teach an appropriate lesson. When a visit or teaching opportunity is not possible, candidates may be invited to interview through Zoom and asked to send a video recording of a class they've taught

Bus Drivers

Pella Christian School Transportation Department is looking for an individuals who might be interested in obtaining their Class B CDL, with School Bus and Passenger endorsements, to drive a bus route and/or activity bus for the school year. Individual training available by a certified trainer – whom can get prepare you for the Department of Transportation test in a day or two. If you don't feel this is for you, please tell someone that might be interested. This is a great opportunity for retired individuals with flexible schedules
