Job Title: Adjunct Teaching - Dance - Contemporary Dance

Posting End Date: November 29, 2025

Position Start Date: January 2, 2026

Required Degree: BA or BFA required; MFA in Dance preferred.

The required degree must be completed by the start date. 

Experience: Two years teaching in a studio; college or university setting is preferred.

Duties/Expectations: Responsibilities include instructing beginning, intermediate, or advanced Jazz technique and theory classes and/or instructing contemporary modern dance, specifically beginning to advanced levels of technique, and/or creative process courses. Must maintain office hours commensurate to teaching load. Attend faculty meetings as called. Instruct multiple classes per week.
