In 2011 Vitality Bowls was created in northern California from a commitment to provide healthy, high quality superfoods, smoothies, acai bowls and hand-crafted juices to communities throughout the US. The company is fast paced, exciting and has grown to over 70 stores. The company is currently seeking to find Team Members to work from 7:30am-4:00pm in the San Ramon area.

  • Maintain the company SOP's (standard operating procedures) and guidelines
  • Maintain the business according to all federal, state and city laws and codes
  • Effectively carry out FOH duties such as: line operations, Cleanliness/sanitation and hospitality
  • Capability to portion size and achieve consistency as well as the best taste and speed in making smoothies and Juice.
  • Greet and acknowledge and welcome guests who enter the store with a smile
  • Be a team player, creating a respectful and positive working environment
  • Capability of using a P.O.S. System.
  • Ensure all areas are clean, organized and re-stocked during every shift.
  • Basic math skills.
  • The ability to adapt and follow instructions requires adequate comprehension skills.
  • Ability to move from one work area to another at a moment's notice and in and around crowded work areas.
  • Ensure recipe adherence, quality of product and ingredient awareness
  • Ability to operate store equipment computer terminals, blenders, etc. The effective operation of such equipment requires the use of all limbs and the ability to see at close distance.
  • The ability to report to work at the prescribed time for each scheduled shift and to fulfill the job requirements for the duration of the shift or until relieved of all duties by a direct supervisor.
  • The ability to follow directions from a supervisor.
  • The ability to interact productively with co-workers.
  • The ability to understand and follow posted work rules and procedures.
  • The ability to receive constructive criticism in a professional manner.
  • To perform all work-related tasks as assigned by your manager.
  • This candidate must have exemplary attendance

Training/Experience/Education

  • Must be able to stand for 8 hours
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds
  • Attention to detail required and demonstrated strong organizational skills required

License/Qualifications:

  • Must have open availability
  • Must have Food Handlers Card or obtain within 90 days of employment

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour
