About Your Role
You will join a Corporate FP&A team at Fiserv that supports product and go-to-market decision-making for payment and fintech solutions. The role delivers financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to drive margin improvement and strategic investment decisions. You will partner with product, sales, and operations teams to translate financial insight into measurable business outcomes.

What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain complex financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support planning and strategic initiatives.
• Produce monthly and quarterly financial reports, perform variance and trend analysis, and identify drivers of performance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (product, sales, operations) to gather assumptions, validate forecasts, and support strategic business cases.
• Automate reporting and build dashboards to improve data visibility and reduce manual reporting time.
• Support month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and balance sheet analysis.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and support senior leadership reviews with clear, data-driven insights.

Experience You'll Need To Have

• 2+ years of experience in financial and data analysis
• Experience in financial modeling
• Experience with budgeting and forecasting tools
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.

Experience That Would Be Great To Have

• Experience in accounting principles
• Experience with ERP and financial systems such as Oracle NetSuite, SAP, or Workday Financials.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with proven ability to respond flexibly to changing priorities.

How You'll Work

• This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
