Your Mission

Lead a team of Manufacturing Engineers who specialize in CAD/CAM programming and process optimization. Your objective: deliver repeatable precision, efficient throughput, and unwavering compliance for complex components.

How You'll Lead
  • Coach and develop engineering talent across CNC programming, tooling design, process improvement, and advanced manufacturing techniques.
  • Set the tone for innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Bridge engineering, operations, quality, and production to ensure seamless execution for customers and internal stakeholders.
How You'll Engineer
  • Optimize & Standardize: Drive common processes that reduce cycle times, improve yields, and enhance manufacturability.
  • Own CAD/CAM Methodologies: Ensure programs are tuned for precision, efficiency, and repeatability.
  • Lead DFM: Collaborate with customers and internal design teams to engineer manufacturable solutions from the outset.
  • Use Data to Solve: Apply root cause analysis and statistical techniques to eliminate variation and stabilize processes.
Quality & Compliance
  • Align engineering activities to AS9100 and customer-specific requirements.
  • Support audits, corrective actions, and documentation to maintain certification and regulatory compliance.
  • Work shoulder-to-shoulder with Quality to exceed customer expectations.
Technology & Investment
  • Evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies, automation solutions, and advanced machining strategies.
  • Lead capital equipment justification and implementation that materially improves engineering and production performance.
  • Continuously scan advances in CAD/CAM software, tooling, and machining best practices.
