Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate BCBA to join our growing team in The Woodlands. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about providing high-quality ABA services, mentoring RBTs, collaborating with families, and driving meaningful outcomes for children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS).
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs.
  • Provide direct supervision and ongoing training for RBTs and behavior technicians.
  • Monitor client progress and update programs as needed to ensure effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support consistency across environments.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with insurance and ethical guidelines (BACB).
  • Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
  • Active BCBA certification and in good standing with the BACB.
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Texas.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with Autism preferred.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Compassionate, collaborative, and passionate about helping families.

  • Hourly Pay Range: $65- $80.00 per hour, based on experience.
