As a Security Officer - Healthcare Mobile Patrol in Napa, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a busy healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help to deter security-related incidents and support a welcoming atmosphere for visitors, staff, and patients. Your role involves routine patrols throughout the facility, responding promptly to situations, and delivering exceptional customer service through clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to individuals at the healthcare location by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the healthcare environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and surrounding areas to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help to deter unauthorized access and support the overall security-related needs of the location.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and maintenance issues according to established protocols.
• Collaborate with on-site personnel and emergency responders to assist with incident response and support a secure environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possession of a valid Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort with using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 plus years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
