  • Salary: $110K–$124,800 annually, DOE
  • Bonus: Eligible after 90 days

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee clinical direction and compliance for hospice division
  • Collaborate on palliative care program development
  • Supervise and mentor clinical staff
  • Manage department budgets and maintain CMS Medicare COPs compliance
  • Provide ongoing education and skills training
  • Communicate with community partners, vendors, and healthcare providers
  • Act as Executive Director in their absence
  • Serve as a resource for clinicians, including training and patient visits

Qualifications

  • Current WA RN license
  • Minimum 1 year hospice agency experience and 1 year in healthcare management
  • Current BLS certification (AHA)
  • Licensed driver with insured automobile
