Warriors Heart is looking for an experienced Yoga Instructor. Come be a part of a team that assists in healing our nations warriors

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Yoga Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of yoga practices and a passion for helping warriors overcome challenges through holistic wellness techniques.

This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, the ability to adapt instruction to diverse needs, and a commitment to the Warrior's Heart mission.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and lead small and large group yoga classes, tailoring instruction to different levels of experience and physical abilities.
  • Create and maintain a safe and supportive environment for participants.
  • Develop and implement yoga programs that align with the overall treatment plans for our clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of client participation and progress.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of yoga principles, techniques, and modifications.
  • Thorough understanding of the military, law enforcement, and first responder communities (experience in these fields preferred).
  • Familiarity with behavioral healthcare and relevant industry trends.
  • Current and valid yoga certification from a recognized organization, with the required number of instructed hours.Maintained licensure/certification in good standing in Texas.
  • Accountable, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
