Fuchs Financial is seeking three coachable, analytically-driven Associate Advisors for our structured "Closer Track." This is a rare opportunity designed for emerging talent to bypass the grind of lead generation and focus exclusively on the craft of financial planning and closing qualified, firm-generated appointments. We provide the leads, the time-tested process, and the direct mentorship. You provide the commitment to learn our system and convert prospects into lifelong clients.
This isn't a sink-or-swim environment. It's a mentored apprenticeship in a team-based system where your success is measured by your ability to master our playbook and deliver consistent, high-quality advice—not by the volume of your dials.
What You Will Do (The Closer Track Progression)
- Master Our Playbook:
Shadow senior advisors in live client meetings to learn our proprietary planning script and investment philosophy from the inside out. You will not be asked to develop your own strategy; you will be trained to execute a proven one. - Drive Client Strategy:
Progress from observation to participation. You will take ownership of preparing discovery summaries, running scenario analyses, and building the precise, annuity-anchored retirement plans our clients require. - Convert and Close:
Transition to co-leading and then leading first and second appointments for warm, qualified prospects. Your sole focus will be on articulating value, managing objections, and securing new client relationships for the firm. - Execute with Precision:
Manage all post-meeting documentation, funding coordination, and implementation with our operations team, ensuring a seamless and fiduciary-level client onboarding experience.
Core Requirements (What We Look For)
- Experience:
0-2 years in financial services, insurance, or a related consultative field. We have found that professionals with experience at firms like Edward Jones who are now seeking a team-based, no-prospecting role are exceptionally well-suited. - Coachability:
A genuine desire to learn and meticulously apply a structured, scripted advisory process. This role is for team players who value process over personality—no "lone wolves." - Analytical Aptitude:
A strong, detail-oriented mindset with disciplined follow-through on complex tasks. - Licensure:
Must be able to obtain Series 65 (or hold Series 7 & 66) and a Connecticut Life & Health license within the first 60-90 days. We will support you in this process. - Mobility:
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for regular travel between our Connecticut offices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with financial planning software (e.g., eMoney, RightCapital) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Redtail).
- Progress toward a professional designation such as the CFP, ChFC, or RICP.
