LPN: Home Care

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide care for a client with a severe spinal cord injury in a private home setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled nurse seeking meaningful work with a stable schedule and a supportive care team.
Position Details:
- Schedule: 2 days per week, 7 am–3 pm
- Additional shifts available: Saturday & Sunday, 3 pm–11 pm
- Setting: One-on-one private duty care
- Language: Bilingual candidates preferred but not required
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer medications according to the prescribed schedule
- Perform and manage a digital bowel program
- Monitor and assess client's condition, documenting changes and reporting to RN or physician as needed
- Provide routine care and support for a client with a severe spinal injury
- Ensure patient comfort, safety, and hygiene
- Maintain clear, accurate documentation of all care provided
Qualifications:
- Active LPN license
- Prior experience with spinal cord injuries or complex care clients preferred
- Competency with bowel programs and medication administration
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and documentation skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and able to work independently
