Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our FBO team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for delivering unparalleled customer service to our valued clients. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our FBO and enhancing the overall experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with a warm and friendly demeanor upon their arrival and departure.
  • Receive and field customer calls, answering questions regarding account status, service availability, making reservations, and so on.
  • Invoicing and Billing through Quickbooks, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to their satisfaction.
  • Transfer customers to more qualified employees when necessary to address specific service requests or technical inquiries.
  • Create positive impressions through outstanding customer service, reflecting the high standards of our FBO.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the aviation industry or a similar high-end service sector.
  • Proficiency in Quickbooks or similar accounting software for invoicing and billing tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Knowledge of aviation operations and terminology is a plus.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $21.00 per hour
