Lucky 7 Club Lead

Job Description
The Lucky 7 Club Lead assists with all casino promotions and player events, in addition to the daily functions of the Lucky 7 Club. The Lead is responsible for supervision and training of the Lucky 7 Club representative staff. Also, the lead is responsible for effectively coordinating and directing the activities of the Club on assigned shifts and ensuring a high level of Customer Satisfaction.

*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
include the following:

• Lead must be able to have flexibility in schedule. (Including hours and days off.)
• Coordinates and directs the activities of Lucky 7 Club employees on assigned shifts.
• Supervises Lucky 7 Club Representatives, to ensure smooth and efficient service is provided to customers.
• Assists Marketing Coordinators, Supervisor, and Manager as needed, with Lucky 7 Club matters.
• Facilitates the flow of information throughout the department by attending regularly scheduled departmental meetings conveying accurate information to employees on assigned shift.
• Acts as a Role Model to PCR's by creating and maintaining a harmonious work environment within the Club.
• Creatively resolves problems which relate to Lucky 7 Club.
• Maintains accurate departmental records and fills out a daily shift report.
• Maintains a high level of customer service and satisfaction in the Club is achieved and maintained.
• Will ensure that Jackpot Photos are received and photo releases are signed.
• Regularly inspects stock of Lucky 7 Club printed material, cards, bungee cords, pens, promotional material or items, and other office supplies and reports to Supervisor those items that need to be re-filled.
• Assists Marketing Coordinators, Supervisor, or Manager with special projects as needed.
• Assists in Training new Lucky 7 Club Members (PCR's) and up-training of current reps as needed.
• Assists with execution and facilitation of Casino Promotions as needed. Understands execution of all events and passes information off to Players Club Reps for assisting in promoting events and activities.
• Will update Guests accounts and update return mailers.
• Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record.

• Minimum of high school graduate or equivalent
• Use of all Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for spreadsheet, reporting, and presentation development
• Ability to have a flexible schedule to provide for Casino requirements
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a high stress/profile environment

Language And Communication Skills

• Ability to prepare, read, and interpret documents; write reports and correspondence; and speak and communicate effectively with individuals and before groups of people
• Ability to compose grammatically correct documents
• Ability to verbally communicate using appropriate English standards of language

Mathematical Skills
Ability to accurately calculate figures and amounts and perform mathematical functions applicable to business needs

Must be able to qualify for any and all licenses or permits required by local, State, Federal and/or Wyandotte Nation law.

• Employee smoking is restricted to outside location and during break times
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
