  • The Junto is a modern-day embodiment of Ben Franklin and his club of the same name. His "club for mutual improvement" brought together people from all backgrounds to discuss issues and ideas of the time while enjoying life. With an emphasis on public gathering spaces, our hotel gives visitors, locals, entrepreneurs, and artists alike a place to come together, exchange ideas, and inspire one another. The Junto will be both a destination and a landmark of the area, helping to define and add value to the future of Columbus.

The individual has a keen eye for attention to detail and treats all public spaces as their own home. This team member promotes a positive image of the property to guests and must be pleasant, honest, and friendly, and should also be able to address guest requests and issues that arise. Their primary role is to keep all lobbies and public amenities such as lobby restrooms, front desk, and offices neat and tidy.

Requested Tasks

  • Provide great customer service to guests by giving directions, making recommendations, or answering other questions guests may have
  • Ensure the cleanliness of lobby restrooms by frequently mopping, dusting, refilling paper needs, and replenishing soap
  • Collect and dispose of trash and transport recyclable items to the appropriate location
  • Deliver towels, toiletries, or other items to guest rooms, as needed
  • Vacuum public areas and maintain cleanliness standards
