Position: Retail Inventory Supervisor

Job: A Retail Inventory Supervisor at Key Cannabis maintains an efficient inventory control system, compliant with state law, and company policy, which accurately reflects the current inventory on hand, at any given time.

This role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

The Retail Inventory Specialist ensures the right products are on the sales floor/available for sale to support customer needs. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing and maintaining Key Cannabis dispensary's operations and contributing to its success.

Shift: 5 day work weeks.Between 9:30am - 8pm Monday - Friday Hours Weekly)

Days off will be back-to-back

Retail Schedules depend on your reliability

Pay: 19 hourly + tips Paid Bi-Weekly

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Assists Store Manager with any tasks delegated to keep the inventory room clean, organized and efficient

-Train employees on proper inventory management at all levels or report opportunities to store manage

-Verifies invoices and manifests; accepts orders internal facilities and from third party vendors

-Prepares products for intake, staging, to be properly stored

-Compliantly label products to move to sales floor/sales vault

-Assists Store Manager in conducting investigations as necessary when product goes missing or possible conversion error while properly communicating any discrepancies with Store Manager

-Maintains inventory control - daily counts, weekly counts, consolidating products, organizing, and facilitating destruction of returned products

-Conduct regular audits to communicate the needs of the store's inventory to Store Manager

-Audit store inventory performance regularly

-Be willing to assist in all areas of dispensary operations, this includes cannabis sales, customer intake and flow, sales floor replenishment, and store cleanliness

-Perform basic office duties, including correspondence with team members and vendors, to record-keeping and data entry tasks, using inventory management software

-Other responsibilities include conducting regular audits, overseeing stock levels, and collaborating with purchasing team

-Other duties as assigned by management This is a full-time, Permanent position Elevate Cannabis.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

-Is a customer service professional

-Must be organized and maintain a neat and clean work station

-Must have familiarity with grams vs ounces

-Must be able to perform simple math

-Must be able to navigate and utilize the inner-workings of METRC and the point of sale system

-Must be able to navigate and manipulate web-based applications and menus

-This position may require long periods of sitting and working on a computer; and must be able to occasionally lift, carry, push and/or pull up to 30 pounds, and occasionally lift and carry boxes that weigh up to 50 pounds safely

-Must be aware of and abide by all laws and compliance surrounding retail operations

-Must possess a willingness to learn the effects and applications of concentrates and other THC infused products

-The Retail Inventory Specialist is required to stand for long periods of time, move about in confined spaces, bend, kneel, stretch, and reach frequently

-Experience in the use of cannabis and possess a willingness to learn strain genetics including their properties and effects

-Must be able to obtain an Agent ID (75-dollar fee)

-Must be able to obtain fingerprints (42-dollar fee)

-Is familiar with Windows, Microsoft Office and Google Drive

-Must be able to operate the point of sale system and maintain accurate cash handling practices

-While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.

-Must have 1 year of customer service experience

-Must be computer literate

-Must have reliable transportation to/from work

-All candidates should be over the age of 21.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
