Brightway Insurance in Bonita Springs, FL is seeking a driven Agency Sales Manager to help lead and grow a local agency from the ground up. This is a ground-floor opportunity within a family-style agency backed by one of the fastest-growing insurance brands in the country. This is an on-site position, Monday�Friday from 9:00am�5:00pm, located in a prime Bonita Springs location. You�ll be stepping into a fun, energetic, yet hardworking culture where collaboration, accountability, and results go hand in hand. The role offers a salary plus commission structure, with leads provided to help drive consistent sales activity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations, including administrative workflows, scheduling, and front-desk activity

  • Drive new business sales in personal and commercial lines through provided leads and outbound sales conversations

  • Consult with prospective and existing clients to assess risk exposures and recommend appropriate coverage

  • Maintain accurate client and policy data in agency systems (CRM / AMS)

  • Stay current on underwriting guidelines, product changes, and carrier markets

  • Support agency branding and marketing initiatives and contribute ideas to grow the book of business

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of insurance sales experience (personal, commercial, or both), required

  • Active Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty license required at time of application

  • Ability to work on-site Monday�Friday, 9:00am�5:00pm

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and entrepreneurial mindset

  • Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable taking ownership of results

Compensation: Salary + Commission

  • Base Salary: $40�43K (based on experience)

  • Average first-year total earnings: $50�75K+

  • Lucrative upside for high performers
