As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols and remaining highly visible throughout residential locations. This position includes driving responsibilities, so you will play a key role in monitoring assigned areas by vehicle and on foot. You will engage with residents, respond to incidents, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, supporting emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential community and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Collaborate with property management and/or emergency responders as needed to address incidents or concerns.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, observations, and incidents as required by Allied Universal and site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
