Multiple Site Manager

DMAC Security is seeking a dedicated Multi-Site Manager to oversee staffing operations across multiple client sites. This role partners closely with the Operations team and clients to ensure contractual compliance, efficient scheduling, and achievement of financial goals. The Multi-Site Manager is also responsible for building strong client relationships through consistent communication and site visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain staff schedules to ensure all posts are adequately covered.
- Daily review and upkeep of Staff Wizard schedules.
- Anticipate and plan future staffing needs, assigning new hires based on skills and operational requirements.
- Monitor officer performance, address issues professionally, and improve productivity to reduce overtime and costs.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the Operations Manager.
- Oversee requests for uniforms and equipment, maintain site supply inventories, and enforce uniform standards.
- Track employee training, credentials, and operational metrics to inform staffing decisions
- Collaboration on physical security assessments and post orders.
- Support operational improvements and recommend cost-saving measures.
- Assignment of open shifts to increase officer productivity and decrease non-billable costs.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in security operations or workforce scheduling preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to make independent decisions and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership experience with a focus on team development and client service is a plus.
