Plumbing Technician – ServiStar Plumbing & HVAC
ServiStar Plumbing and HVAC, a trusted name in Los Angeles for professional plumbing and HVAC services, is looking to add a motivated and experienced Plumbing Technician to our growing team.
About the Role
We're seeking a skilled technician with 3–5 years of plumbing experience who is ready to grow with us. HVAC knowledge is a plus, as is a background in sales and sales setup. The ideal candidate is motivated, professional, and eager to learn and improve their sales skills while delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential and light commercial plumbing service calls (diagnose, repair, and install).
- Communicate clearly with customers about their plumbing issues.
- Prepare jobs for our senior sales supervisor by setting up larger project opportunities.
- Provide honest recommendations for repairs and upgrades.
- Maintain professionalism and represent ServiStar Plumbing & HVAC with integrity.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of plumbing experience (residential and/or commercial).
- HVAC experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Sales knowledge or experience preferred; willingness to learn required.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Compensation
- Straight commission pay structure – your earnings grow with your performance.
